1. Introduction

Welcome to Riskalix. These Terms of Service govern your use of our internal audit and enterprise risk assurance offerings, digital products, and physical goods. By engaging with Riskalix, you agree to comply with these conditions.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Riskalix, including but not limited to assessments, reporting, advisory sessions, downloadable materials, and tangible items sold through our website.

3. Professional Services

Riskalix offers internal audit and enterprise risk assurance engagements tailored to organizational needs. Each engagement is defined in a proposal or agreement, which specifies the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fee schedule.

4. Digital Products

Digital products include electronic manuals, templates, recorded webinars, and other downloadable content. Access is granted upon receipt of full payment and is subject to these Terms.

5. Physical Goods

Physical goods consist of printed materials or branded items sold by Riskalix. Delivery terms, shipping methods, and handling timelines are described at the point of sale.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are specified in proposals and payable according to the agreed schedule. Invoice details are provided via email. Failure to fulfill a payment obligation may result in suspension or termination of services until settlement. Any questions regarding invoices should be directed via our Contact Form.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Service engagements require a signed agreement and prepayment according to the agreed schedule. Cancellations submitted at least 10 days prior to the scheduled start date may receive a full refund of the paid amount. Cancellations made less than 10 days before commencement may incur a retention of up to 50% of the paid amount to cover preparatory work and resource allocation.

For bespoke audit assignments involving third-party coordination or specialist consultants, no refund is available once fieldwork has commenced, as dedicated resources cannot be reallocated. Clients may request a transfer of the engagement to another date within 12 months of the original start date. Such requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start and are subject to availability.

7.2 Digital Products

Clients have a 14-day period from the date of download to request a refund, provided the content has not been fully accessed. To initiate a refund, complete the request via our Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.

7.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their packaging. Clients must ship returns to the address above at their own cost. Refunds for compliant returns will be issued within 15 business days of receipt, excluding original shipping charges.

7.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain custom consulting assignments that involve significant preparatory effort, vendor bookings, or specialist personnel may be designated as non-refundable. Such conditions will be clearly stated in the proposal or agreement. Riskalix commits to delivering all agreed deliverables in full.

8. Changes to Terms

Riskalix reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective upon posting.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
